Founding

Kate Johnstone founded Star Trainers in 1989 to facilitate training 500 people over three years for a major oil and gas company. Star Trainers subsequently worked in conjunction with the team from The Training for Learning Company to offer management consulting and training services.
Team Vision was launched in 2000 when the Star Trainers Team was continually asked to write and implement business plans, systems and strategies for the organisations we were training.

Major achievements

In 2001 Team Vision wrote the business plan, implemented its strategies and objectives, and helped bring into being what is now a world wide Teleradiology Company. We were instrumental in setting up the people and infrastructure for our offices in the USA, Thailand, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Israel, Lebanon, France, and of course around Australia.

Today we work with a large number of organisations around the world in corporate training and lecturing, planning, and consulting. We have established an excellent reputation and have a wealth of experience.

In conjunction with the team from The Training For Learning Company, Star Trainers has offered management consulting and training services since 1989. A wide range of services to improve organizational performance and strategy is available to individuals, corporations and government.
We are also allied with an accounting firm and have a strategic alliance with a leading group of lawyers. This allows us to offer our clients a complete consulting package.
