1. An initial non refundable 20% deposit will apply and is payable before the course commencement (unless prior arrangements are made). This fee will cover administration expenses incurred by Star Trainers Pty Ltd.

2. Enrolments received within the fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled commencement date of the course are payable immediately.

3. The full fee must be paid prior to 7 working days from course commencement.

4. Enrolments received within seven (7) working days prior to the scheduled commencement date are non refundable and payable immediately.

5. Bookings will be processed only on receipt of the enrolment form accepting the booking terms and conditions.

6. An invoice and confirmation letter will be sent once your enrolment has been processed.

7. If a client chooses to withdraw from the course prior to the commencement then Star Trainers Pty Ltd must be notified in writing prior to commencement of the course. The following refunds will apply:
• If notified 28 days prior to commencement of the course a full refund, minus the deposit will be given.

• If notified 14 days or less to the commencement of the course a 50% refund, minus the deposit will be given.

8. Refunds will only be issued on receipt of a written cancellation received by fax, mail or email, marked to the attention of the Administration Manager, at least seven (7) working days prior to the scheduled commencement date.

9. Cancellations made within seven (7) working days will attract the full fee. An application in writing may be made for an exemption due to exceptional circumstances, addressed to the Administration Manager - less admin fee

10. Participants who fail to attend the program without advising Star Trainers Pty Ltd. will be liable for the full fee.

11. Notification is required to substitute another participant, no later than two (2) days prior to the course, should the nominated participant be unable to attend.

12. Star Trainers Pty Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, alter or amend any of its courses. Courses may be cancelled before the scheduled start date if the minimum number for the course is not reached, in such cases the full fee paid will be refunded.

13. Transfers to another course will be considered providing they do not adversely affect course numbers.

14. Star Trainers Pty Ltd. regrets that we cannot accept responsibility for changes to participant's commitments.
NOTE: The cancellation policy of refunds granted up to seven (7) working days prior to the course does not apply when participants have transferred once.
